About The  Owner

I'm Kyle, a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and the owner of Aspire Fitness since 2019. My passion is helping people overcome injuries and physical limitations, drawing from my own experiences to guide clients through their recovery and toward greater strength. I especially enjoy working with women over 40, who often put others first and neglect their own health. By focusing on strength training, I aim to build confidence and show my clients that anything is achievable and within reach.

Kyle fixed my back pain. I’m 77 yrs old. Two years ago my lower back pain was so bad that I couldn’t stand for very long and it’s was extremely painful to stand in line at the grocery store. I’d tried PT with two different people with no relief and pain meds only kind of worked. I was unsteady on my feet and fell far too often. Getting up from the ground was impossible without help. At my wits end, a friend recommended Kyle. I thank her and God every day that I took her advice. Kyle listened, started with stretches on a massage table ( I couldn’t get to the ground), and low level strength training. With his guidance I proceeded from there. Today I am virtually pain- free and recently lifted 145 lbs. That’s not a typo. I can run. I’m steady on my feet and don’t fall. I can get down on the floor and back up without help. Oh, and incidentally, he also fixed my shoulder and neck pain that I’d accepted as part of aging. Kyle is patient, motivating, kind and extraordinarily knowledgeable about human anatomy. Two years ago I would not have believed I’d be so happy and healthy as I am today. I can’t recommend him more highly.

I joined Aspire Fitness Club at over 70 years old as a complete beginner and initially felt lost and out of my element. Aspire quickly changed that. I started with group classes and later worked individually with Kyle, who helped me build strength, balance, coordination, and confidence from ground zero. He has excellent knowledge about exercising safely, especially around injuries, and a wicked sense of humor that makes movement enjoyable and unintimidating. Now I’m back to classes and love the flexibility—there are different time options that fit easily into my personal schedule. The atmosphere is casual, supportive, and filled with encouraging people. It’s affordable, open 24 hours, and welcoming at any age. After 11 months, I feel stronger, more confident, and grateful to have found Aspire. It truly showed me it’s never too late to begin.
