Strength training for women 40+ who want to move better, get stronger, and feel confident in their bodies again. This is coached strength training in a small group setting. Every movement is intentional. Nothing is random here. Just show up. We’ll coach the rest. Most of our members are women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want real strength training without chaos or intimidation.

At Aspire Fitness, we help women build real strength in a supportive small group environment. Our coaching focuses on safe, progressive training that improves movement, reduces pain, and builds confidence over time.
You don’t need to be “in shape” to start. Every exercise is coached and adjusted for injuries, mobility limitations, and experience level.
Some members lift heavy. Others are learning the movements for the first time. Everyone trains at their own level.
Many of our members started with back pain, knee pain, or simply feeling weak and unsure.
Today they move with strength and confidence again.

I'm Kyle, owner of Aspire Fitness.
I rebuilt my own body after serious injuries, and I've helped hundreds of women rebuild strength and confidence the same way.
My passion for this work comes from personal experience. After multiple serious injuries and health challenges, I had to rebuild my own strength and movement from the ground up.
I know firsthand how frustrating it is to feel limited by your body. I also know how powerful it is to regain control. That experience shapes how we coach at Aspire.
Aspire is a private, supportive environment. Every exercise is guided and adapted to you so you can rebuild strength safely and confidently at any age.
Many of our members once believed their best physical years were behind them. Today they are stronger than they thought possible.
What to Expect in Your Free Intro Session
We start with a simple conversation about your injuries, training history, and what you want to get back to doing.
Then we guide you through a few safe movements to understand your strength, balance, and comfort level.
You’ll leave knowing exactly how we can help you rebuild strength and confidence and whether Aspire is the right fit for you.
There is no pressure and no obligation.
No experience required. All fitness levels welcome.
